Area Man Unfortunate to Inherit Protestant Work Ethic and Catholic Guilt

Fort Worth, Texas ? Area man realized yesterday, after twenty years of life, that he had inherited the worst dogmatic traits from two major world religions.

Following the wedlock of a Protestant man and a Catholic woman, the man was born with the two most difficult and painful traits. Strangely, his brother was born with Protestant guilt and the catholic work ethic, leading to a happy and non-productive life. Unfortunately, the man has worked himself to death and felt incredibly guilty about it.

At times, he feels both guilty for not working hard enough and for working too hard.

"It doesn't seem fair," the man said, "I just want to live my life doing a decent amount of work, not too much, not too little, and not feel so damn bad about everything I do." The man added "It sucks."

The man followed the interview with 14 hours of work followed by an hour of self-flagellation.
